As part of its ongoing commitment to New Zealand accommodation, Marsden Associates opened a new Wyndham Garden hotel in July.
The new 75 room hotel located just minutes from Queenstown Airport, provides visitors to Queenstown with another alternative to meet the growing demand in this area.
Most rooms come complete with a kitchenette or kitchen, and patrons can dine at the onsite restaurant, Frank’s Pantry and experience homemade food made from kiwi produce and local ingredients.
In addition to operating Ramada and Wyndham Garden properties across New Zealand, Marsden Associates recently expanded its portfolio to include its first experiential property; Castaways Waiuku, Auckland.
Osborne states that this property offers a different proposition to both local and international travellers and the Marsden Associates team is working to refresh elements of the property to ensure it continues to attract international tourists and remains an exemplary destination for weddings, conferences and mini-breaks away.

Osborne and the Marsden Associates team is continuing to focus on how best to support New Zealand accommodation to ensure properties meet their potential and guests are satisfied.
To this end, the group is working on a further seven properties to own, manage or be affiliated with over the next 24 months.
