With over twenty years-experience in the travel and tourism industry throughout Australasia, the Scottish native joins the Enterprise Dunedin team from her previous position as International Market Manager for the University of Otago.
Ewing says, “I’m delighted to have the opportunity to join the Enterprise Dunedin team and look forward to working collaboratively with the visitor industry to promote and market this great little city to New Zealand and beyond, once borders open the world. “We moved to Dunedin three years ago and it has been fantastic to be part of Dunedin's growth and explore the amazing region we live in. The best discovery has been the number of amazing beaches, and I have also developed a deep love for Penguins.”
John Christie Enterprise Dunedin Director welcomed the appointment, “Sarah joins the team at a crucial time for our local visitor industry, so we’re pleased to have secured such an experienced and capable person for the role that also has a good understanding of Dunedin’s offering as a destination.”
Sarah steps into the role on 15 February, taking over from former Marketing and Brand Advisor, Sanae Herd, who left the position in December.
