Motive Events celebrated its sixth birthday recently with Six in the City, bringing together the clients, partners, suppliers and friends who have been part of the journey so far.

Inspired by the energy and glamour of New York City and the iconic "Six in the City", Auckland’s Sunset Bar played host to an evening of great people, good times and a few reasons to celebrate just how far Motive has come.

For managing director Jenny Walsh, the milestone was as much about the people behind the business as the events themselves.

"Six years ago, Motive started with a simple ambition: to create experiences that bring people together and leave a lasting impression. What has made the journey so special isn't just the events we've delivered, it's the relationships we've built along the way. Last night was our opportunity to thank the clients, partners, suppliers and team members who have trusted us, supported us and grown with us. They are a huge part of our story."

Guests enjoyed  "Six and the City" New York-inspired hospitality, entertainment and interactive experiences, with the evening celebrating the relationships and partnerships that have been such a big part of Motive’s story.

"We love creating incredible events, but ultimately our business has always been about people. If our clients feel genuinely looked after, supported and proud of what we've created together, then we've done our job. That's what Motive. All You Need. means to us." says also

As Motive heads into its seventh year, the ambition is bigger than ever. The focus remains on creating experiences that make an impact, building partnerships that last and continuing to push what’s possible for clients across New Zealand and beyond.
