The team at Mercury Baypark is here to help,” says Michelle Stevens, head of events at the venue. “We can reimagine and adapt your event ideas to suit the changing economic environment, while still enabling successful outcomes that meet an organisation’s business objectives. We are fortunate to have the most versatile venue in Tauranga, with a wide range of spaces differing in size and layout – all in one location, with plenty of parking.” Mercury Baypark has hosted a lot of conferences in the Lion Foundation Centre BRINGYOUR BUSINESS BACK TOTHE BAY this year, with the main plenary hosted in the same space as an exhibition gallery. This encourages easy networking and is a smart use of this large space. Another popular option lately has been using Mercury Baypark’s four interconnecting Arena Suites that can either standalone or be separated into HorticultureNZ Conference plenary with 700 delegates in the Lion Foundation Centre at Mercury Baypark Photo: Storifilms [40] meeting newz [september october] 2024
