The trio have decades of experience and a track record of delivering events, conferences, destination management and incentive programmes.
Australian Sarah Dunan-Hale established QT Event Collective early 2018 following a career in event management in Australia. Now she has two new event directors to work with, adding local expertise, energy and supplier relations to the mix.
"Honestly, I've been trying to get Jade and Katie to join the QT Event Collective since I first met them, but they were very loyal to their previous employer," says Dunan-Hale.
"Now we finally have the chance to work together and can form a team that is creative, meticulous and above all passionate about what we deliver for clients." She says.
Katie Bowden-Tregoat, previously worked with Queenstown based event company Dinamics.
"There are few other careers where you can organise something that gives you chills," Bowden-Tregoat says.
"One of my fondest memories of working in this industry over the past decade was closing a three-day conference with a Maori farewell at a dinner at Peregrine Winery. The huge hillside was projection mapped with animated Maori content, as silhouetted warriors appeared from the mist, surprising the guests.” She says.
Jade Taylor, who has also worked for Dinamics, added, "While we're Queenstown-based, we've organised incentive trips and events around the world including Australia, Asia- Pacific and the USA. But it's difficult to beat the joy of showing people around Queenstown, taking them on flight-seeing trips across the Southern Alps to Milford Sound, quad biking, skiing, wine tours, bungy jumping and out to the restaurants and bars." She says.
