Chen has taken up the chief executive position at the Tourism Export Council of New Zealand.
Croskery meanwhile started with the James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor ten years ago, before gaining international experience and returning as human resource manager in 2011. For the past two years she has overseen all operational departments as executive assistant manager, whilst building relationships with key suppliers in the industry.
‘Sarah’s exceptional knowledge of operations and the James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor has put her in the prime position for transitioning into the DOSM role,’ says general manager Steve Martin.
Croskery will oversee the New Zealand sales and marketing team of six and and will commence her new role on Monday 2 October.
