CINZ further develops 'four pillars'

Conventions and Incentives New Zealand will continue to focus on the four pillars of industry voice, education, opportunity and insights, members heard at the organisation’s annual conference in Dunedin today.

Chief executive officer Sue Sullivan says each pillar has actions and KPIs attached.

‘We are reviewing our communication plan and will create a 12 month plan for project based activities as well as responding to industry issues on an ongoing basis,’ says Sullivan.

In the field of education, the CEO says CINZ will continue with initiatives such as the emerging talent programme, CINZ mentorship, the annual conference and PCO masterclass. ‘We are also developing relationships with universities and use public relations to facilitate this.’

Facilitate events for members (such as MEETINGS) to connect with buyers and other industry contacts. ‘In other words it is about leads.’
