 | Kylie Archer is the new manager for the New Zealand Major Events team. Archer has returned to Wellington after five years with SKYCITY Auckland, most recently as head of marketing. Part of the Ministry of Economic Development, New Zealand Major Events aims to retain, grow and attract major events that complement New Zealand’s image, existing infrastructure and achieve a greater contribution to economic growth. Along with providing advice on the development and implementation of the government’s major events strategy and administration of the Major Events Development Fund, Major Events will review options for a new National Business Events Strategy.
