Banner above masthead advertising: size 90 pixels high x 728 pixels wide $500 per month
Banner advertising positioned for Calender Page: size 60 pixels high x 468 pixels wide $300 per month

Magazine Deadlines
Advertising bookings and editorial: 20th of the month prior to publication
Advertising material: 25th of the month prior to publication
As added value to readers and advertisers, each issue of Meeting Newz is published on our website. All advertisements appear on-line with a link to each advertiser’s website.

Cancellations: Cancellations later than the first of the month of publication will incur a late cancellation fee of 10%.
